 These terms set out how you can use this website (https://crgisolutions.co.uk/) and our WhatsApp AI Agent. We've kept them in plain English in the same FAQ style as our privacy policy. By using either the website or the agent, you're agreeing to these terms.

We are Corgi Engineering Ltd, trading as CRGI Solutions, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 14653647, VAT 437029596). Our registered office is 3 Borras Park Road, Wrexham, Wales, LL12 7TE.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Corgi Engineering Ltd. "You" means anyone using our website or messaging our WhatsApp AI Agent.

The WhatsApp AI Agent is an automated assistant that responds to messages sent to our WhatsApp Business number. It's there to answer questions about our engineering consultancy services — mechanical design, tender support, operational optimisation — and to help us understand what you might need from us.

The agent is a information service. It is not:

• A qualified engineering consultant
• A source of binding quotes, estimates, or commitments
• A professional advisory service
• A safety-critical or emergency response tool

The agent uses an AI language model to generate responses. We have designed it to be helpful and accurate, but you should treat its responses as starting-point information, not as professional engineering advice.

This is the single most important point in these terms.

CRGI Solutions is an engineering consultancy. Our consultants provide professional engineering services that are subject to professional indemnity insurance, qualification requirements, and the standards of our industry. None of that applies to responses generated by the WhatsApp AI Agent.

If you are making any decision that has engineering, safety, financial, regulatory, or contractual consequences, do not rely on the agent's responses. Speak to one of our human consultants — either by asking the agent to connect you with a member of the team, or by emailing us directly at admin@crgisolutions.co.uk.

We don't accept liability for decisions you make based solely on responses generated by the agent.

• High-level questions about engineering approaches, tools, or processes
• Capturing your enquiry so a member of our team can follow up
• Pointing you to the right resources or the right person at CRGI

• Give you a binding quote or estimate
• Provide engineering calculations, design reviews, or technical opinions you can rely on
• Sign off on safety-critical decisions
• Commit CRGI to any work, contract, or relationship
• Replace a real conversation with a qualified consultant

When using our website or messaging the WhatsApp AI Agent, you agree:

• To provide accurate information about yourself and your enquiry
• Not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Not to send abusive, harassing, or threatening messages
• Not to attempt to extract proprietary information, IP, or trade secrets through the agent
• Not to attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent the agent's intended behaviour
• Not to use automated tools or bots to send messages at scale
• Not to use the service to compete with us, scrape our content, or train other AI systems
• To respect the time of our team — every conversation is reviewed by a person, so wasted enquiries waste real human time

We reserve the right to stop responding to, or block, any user who breaches these terms. We do not need to give a reason or warning before doing so.

The content of this website — including text, images, logos, and the structure of the site — belongs to CRGI Solutions or our licensors. You may view it for your own use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

The CRGI Solutions name, logo, and branding are our property. Please don't use them in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without checking with us first.

We do our best to keep the information on this website and the responses generated by the agent accurate and helpful. We can't guarantee:

• That every response will be correct, complete, or up to date
• That the website or the agent will always be available
• That messages will always be delivered or responded to within any specific timeframe
• That third-party services we depend on (WhatsApp, our hosting provider, our internet connection) will always work

We provide the website and the agent on an "as is" basis.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law

Subject to that, we do not accept liability for:

• Any business loss (including loss of profits, contracts, business opportunities, or anticipated savings) arising from your use of the website or the WhatsApp AI Agent
• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Any decision you make based on information provided by the agent without independent confirmation from a qualified CRGI consultant

If we are found liable to you despite the above, our total liability is limited to £100. The website and the agent are provided free of charge as pre-sales information services, and this cap reflects that nature.

If you've engaged us under a separate written contract for engineering consultancy work, that contract — and the professional indemnity arrangements in it — governs our liability for that work. Nothing in these terms reduces our responsibilities under any signed contract.

We may stop providing the WhatsApp AI Agent service, or stop responding to particular users, at any time and for any reason. We're not obliged to provide a warning or explanation. Your right to use the website continues unless we tell you otherwise.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the website and the WhatsApp AI Agent, and how we handle it. By using either, you're confirming you've read and understood that policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the bottom of this page tells you when we last made a change. If you continue using the website or the agent after we've updated the terms, you're agreeing to the new version.

For significant changes, we'll mention it on the homepage of this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
